Signed Engagement Letter
Nexergy signed an engagement letter with consultants to initiate the establishment of a new production facility, a strategic move to expand its operational capacity.
Strategic Partnership
Nexergy and Swedish environmental firm Cassandra aligned shareholder structures and announced a joint five-year plan to expand sustainable oil and gas recycling from the UK to 16 regional sites.

Nick Hodson
CEO-Designate
As founder of Intelligent Renewables Ltd, Nick has led pioneering projects in chemical recycling and pyrolysis for more than a decade. He has worked with major global energy and polymer companies, driving innovations that have moved from pilot stage to commercial reality. At Nexergy, he leads the company’s expansion in green oil and circular energy systems.
Iain McNeil OBE

Iain’s distinguished career spans senior leadership in the British Army and international business. He successfully scaled a global recruitment enterprise and has chaired multiple commercial boards. At Nexergy, he provides governance, accountability, and operational oversight at the highest level

Ian brings over 25 years of experience managing engineering, logistics, and large-scale infrastructure operations. Having overseen more than US$6 billion in corporate assignments, his background includes senior roles with Big Four advisory firms and directorships in both public and private sectors.

Lead Property Consultant
A RICS-qualified property expert with 25 years’ experience, including a decade as a board director at an FCA-regulated investment firm. Andrew leads Nexergy’s strategy for sourcing and developing new industrial and logistics sites across the UK.
Shaine Gill-Ohrt
Feedstock Consultant
Founder of a consultancy in North Lincolnshire, Shaine advises clients from SMEs to NASDAQ-listed firms on compliance and management systems. As a lead auditor and trainer, he strengthens Nexergy’s governance and process efficiency.
David Ryan
Senior Technical Adviser
With decades in energy across coal, nuclear, oil, gas, and hydrogen, David has led multiple companies as CEO and project director. He guides Nexergy’s technical strategy and supports the growth of scalable clean energy projects.
Chris Vanezis
Financial Consultant
Chris brings extensive finance experience in renewables, having served as CFO for both AIM-listed and private energy groups. He supports Nexergy with financial modelling, fundraising strategy, and project commercialization.
